Captiva Island Vacation Rentals

The Sea Horse is a two level private home in a private beach community, just a two minute walk to Captiva's village center. The beach and bay are a minute or two walk from the house. The large pool and two tennis courts shared only by our neighbors is a short walk. Our private boat dock on the bay is available for your use.

The house sleeps up to 7 guests with a king bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the guest room, a single bed in a loft area, and a queen sleeper in the living room. All linens are included. Both bedrooms have cable remote SonyWegaTVs. There are two full bath suites in each bedroom and a half bath off the living room.

The Sea Horse was totally redone in 2000. All furnishings and accessories are brand new. The kitchen is also new with all appliances and accessories needed, and has a laundry room attached.

The living room has a Sony Wega cable TV and an Onkyo stereo with CD changer and Infinity floor speakers. A screened, fully furnished porch is off the living room/dining room area. A Weber gas grill makes cooking at home easy.

The house is equipped with central a/c, and even a fax machine. Men's and ladies' 6-speed aluminum bikes, fishing equipment, and all beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels are provided.

Check-in time is Saturday at 4:00 pm
Check-out time is Saturday at 10:00 am

A $300 deposit via Visa or MasterCard will hold your reservation, the balance not due until 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellation fees are $50 up to 60 days prior to arrival and no refund is made within 60 days unless the property is re-rented. Travel insurance is available. 9% Florida taxes must be added to rates.
